Sub: - Regarding registration of employee after more than 10 days.

Dear Sir,

Due to some clerical mistakes some of our employee were left to register in the
ESIC portal due to which the registration of employees crossed 10 days barrier of ESIC
registration. & there are cases of those employees who were marked left mistakenly in
the portal due to zero wages in the month of Oct’19. But actually they were on leave.
We are submitting herwith the required documents so you are requested to kindly
arrange to do the needful to mark the employees active in ESIC portal as per given
documents.
