Subject: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Java Garden. The theme of my restaurant is to give a calm and
relaxing feeling to the customers as a garden themed restaurant. The color scheme I am using
is green, white and neutral colors. The signature dish is “The Java Delight”. The restaurant is
located in Miami FL.

Restaurant Reasoning:
All my life I have loved breakfast, any time someone asked if I wanted to go to breakfast I was
always up for it. Recently I have found a love for coffee and have noticed that most coffee shops
don't have a large variety of breakfast options. Therefore, I wanted to make one, but also
wanted it to be unique from the others so I made it a garden themed coffee/breakfast restaurant
that has many different features that make it a calming setting to sit down and eat breakfast and
drink coffee at any time of the day.
