The objectives of the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports
Complex (hereinafter called the Sports Complex) are:-

(a) To provide recreational & healthy environment to the
citizens of Greater Noida keeping in view the ¼[k½ lkekU; :i ls ,u-lh-vkj- ¼m-ç-½ ds ukxfjdksa esa vkSj fo'ks"k
requirement of Master Plan. :i ls ifjlj ds lnL;ksa esa [ksy xfrfof/k;ksa vkSj ikjLifjd
(b) To induce sports activities and spirit of mutual help and lg;ksx dh Hkkouk mRiUu djukA
goodwill among citizens of NCR (U.P.) in general and ¼x½ fofHkUu [ksyksa] tSls Vsful] fØdsV] QqVcky] ckLdsV&cky]

Basketball, Volleyball, Squash, Table Tennis, Badminton,

(d) To buy, prepare, supply, sell or deal in all kinds of lHkh izdkj ds midj.kksa@lkefxz;ksa dks [kjhnuk] rS;kj
apparatus/ materials used in connection with games djuk] mudh vkiwfrZ] fcØh ;k muls lacaf/kr dk;Z djukA
provided by the Sports Complex. ¼p½ [ksy ifjlj pykus ds laca/k esa vko';d lHkh izdkj ds
(e) To purchase, hire, make or provide and maintain all QuhZpj] midj.kksa] vkStkjksa] crZuksa] diM+ksa] ys[ku&enksa]
kinds of furniture, implements, tools, utensils, linen, dkMksZa vkSj vU; oLrqvksa dks [kjhnuk] fdjk, ij ysuk] cukuk
stationery, cards and other items required in connection ;k miyC/k djkukA
with the running of the Sports Complex.
(f) To hire, engage and employ markers, coaches,
¼N½ ifjlj ds nSfud pkyu ds fy, vko';d ekdZj] izf'k{kdksa]
instructors, grounds men and other staff required for day vuqns'kdksa] xzkm.MeSu vkSj vU; deZpkfj;ksa dks fdjk, ij
to day running of the complex and to pay to them as per vuqcaf/kr dj dk;Z djokuk rFkk lgefr vkSj lsok&'krksZa ds

3. Membership
Various categories of membership are given below and are fofHkUu izdkj dh lnL;rkvksa dk fooj.k uhps fn;k x;k gS vkSj
defined in succeeding paragraphs. Membership in respect of ckn okys izLrj esa mudh ifjHkk"kk nh xbZ gSA lHkh oxksZa dh
all the categories will be approved by or on behalf of the lnL;rk dk vuqeksnu izcU/ku lfefr }kjk ;k mldh vksj ls

Any Individual above 21 years of age shall be eligible for ¼M½ vkdfLed lnL;rk ¼Hkqxrku djks ,oa [ksyks½
becoming a regular member. The membership once granted
shall not be transferred. Individual member can nominate
his/her spouse and children (between ages of 5 years to 21 21 o"kZ ls vf/kd vk;q dk dksbZ Hkh O;fDr fu;fer lnL; cuus dk
years) as dependent. It is necessary to nominate dependents ik= gksxkA nh xbZ lnL;rk gLrkarfjr ugha dh tk,xhA dksbZ Hkh
at the time of applying for individual membership. The annual lnL; viuh iRuh@ifr vkSj cPpksa ¼5 o"kZ ls 21 o"kZ dh vk;q ds
subscription in respect of dependent members as prescribed chp ds½ dks vius vkfJr ds :i esa ukekafdr dj ldrs gSaA
from time to time shall be effective from the date of approval of O;fDrxr lnL;rk ds fy, vkosnu djus ds le; vkfJrksa dk
individual membership. The total annual subscription shall ukekadu djuk vfuok;Z gSA vkfJr lnL;ksa ds laca/k esa
thus be calculated as per the family details given by the

member. The dependent members once nominated are liable

5. Dependent Membership Lohdkj djus dk vf/kdkj gSA
5.1 Spouse and legal children-between the age of 5 years to 21
years, are eligible to become dependent members.

5.2 Any member who gets married after obtaining the membership 5-2 dksbZ Hkh lnL;] tks [ksy ifjlj dh lnL;rk izkIr djus ds ckn
of the Sports Complex may get his/her spouse included as fookg djrk gS og viuh iRuh@ifr dks vius fookg dh rkjh[k
dependent from the date of marriage. Similarly, children on ls vkfJr ds :i esa 'kkfey dj ldrk@ldrh gSA blh rjg]
attaining the age of 5 years are permitted as dependents. The cPPkksa dks 5 o"kZ dh vk;q izkIr djus ds ckn vkfJr ds :i esa
onus of including the name of dependents and payment of their vuqefr nh tkrh gSA vkfJr dk uke 'kkfey djkus] muds va'knku
subscription lies with the member. The annual subscription in dk Hkqxrku djus vkfn dh ftEesokjh lnL;ksa dh gSA ,sls ekeys esa
such cases shall be effective from the month of their getting okf’kZd va'knku] muds fookg ds eghus ;k cPpksa ds 5 o"kZ dk vk;q
married or children attaining the age of 5 years. izkIr djus ds eghus ls izHkkoh gksxkA

5.3 Unless payment of subscription for dependents is made from 5-3 ;fn vkfJrksa ds va'knku dk Hkqxrku O;fDrxr lnL;rk ds
the date of approval of individual membership, dependents vuqeksnu dh rkjh[k ls ugha fd;k tkrk gS rks vkfJr lnL;rk
will not be issued the membership card. dkMZ tkjh ugha fd;k tk;sxkA
5.4 Dependent children will cease to be dependent member on 5-4 vkfJr cPps ds 21 o"kZ dh vk;q izkIr dj ysus ij og vkfJr
attaining the age of 21 years. They must surrender their lnL; ugha jgsxkA mUgsa viuk lnL;rk dkMZ okil djuk gksxkA
membership card.
5-5 ;fn dksbZ O;fDrxr lnL; vius vkfJrksa dks ckn esa fdlh le;
5.5 The individual member intending to enroll his dependents as lnL; cukus dk bPNqd gS rks mls iwoZ izHkko vFkkZr O;fDrxr
members at a later stage shall have to pay the annual lnL;rk ds vuqeksnu dh rkjh[k ls ykxw okf’kZd va'knku dk
subscription as applicable with retrospective effect i.e. from Hkqxrku djuk gksxkA
the date of approval of his/her membership.
5.6 Dependent cards will be issued for a period of 2 years at a time
5-6 vkfJr dkMZ ,d le; esa 2 o"kZ dh vof/k ds fy, tkjh fd;k
and new cards will be changed every 2 years with latest tk,xk vkSj u, dkMZ izR;sd 2 o"kZ ds ckn u, QksVks ds lkFk cnys

6. Associate Membership
On attaining the age of 21 years, the dependent children of a fdlh lnL; ds iq=ksa@iqf=;ksa] ftUgksaus de ls de ,d o"kZ dh
member who have used the complex for a minimum period of vof/k rd ifjlj dk mi;ksx fd;k gS] 21 o"kZ dh vk;q dk gksus ij
one year may apply for Associate membership if he/she ;fn og ifjlj dk mi;ksx tkjh j[kus dk@dh bPNqd gksa rks
wishes to continue the use of the complex. Depending upon ,lksf'k,V lnL;rk ds fy, vkosnu dj ldrs gSaA LFkku miyC/k
the availability of vacancies, the Sports Governing gksus ds vk/kkj ij [ksy izcU/k cksMZ mls fuEufyf[kr 'krsZa iwjh djus
Board/Council may grant Associate Membership subject to ij ,lksf'k,V lnL;rk ns ldrk gSA
following conditions:- ¼d½ 21 o"kZ dh vk;q izkIr dj ysus ds ,d o"kZ ds vUnj ,lksf'k,V
a) Option to become Associate member must be exercised lnL; cuus dk fodYi fn;k tk,xkA
within one year of attaining the age of 21 years. ¼[k½ izpfyr izos'k&'kqYd ds 50 izfr'kr ds cjkcj vizfrns;
b) Payment of a non-refundable entrance fee is equivalent 'kqYd dk Hkqxrku djuk gksxkA
to 50% of prevalent entry fee. 6-1 ,lksf'k,V lnL; ds fy, okf’kZd va'knku 'kqYd O;fDrxr lnL;
6.1 The annual subscription for Associate members will be same ds 'kqYd ds leku gh gksxkA
as for the individual members. 6-2 ,lksf'k,V lnL; dks vius vkfJrksa dk uke 'kkfey djus vkSj
6.2 Associate members are not permitted to add dependents & to vfrfFk;ksa dks ykus dh vuqefr ugha gksxhA

7. Senior Citizens Membership ofj"B ukxfjd lnL;rk dosy mu O;fDr;kas ds fy, gS tks 60 o"kZ dh
Senior Citizens membership is meant only for those who have vk;q ds gks pd

8. Corporate Membership lkoZtfud {ks= ,oa izkbosV O;olkf;d laLFkk,a vuqeksnu ,oa
Public sector and private commercial firms are eligible for fu/kkZfjr izos'k 'kqYd ds Hkqxrku dh 'krsZ ij fuxfer lnL;rk ds
corporate membership subject to approval and payment of

prescribed entrance fee. Five nominee will be allowed to use

time. The sponsoring firm may get the name of nominee

9. NRI Membership
NRIs are eligible to obtain individual membership subject to vfuoklh Hkkjrh; fu/kkZfjr izos'k 'kqYd dk Hkqxrku djus dh 'krZ
payment of prescribed entrance fee. The entrance fee should ij O;fDrxr lnL;rk izkIr djus ds ik= gSaA jkf'k dk Hkqxrku
be paid by draft in Rupees from non- resident account of the fu/kkZfjr cSad ds ek/;e ls vfuoklh [kkrs ls fu/kkZfjr izos'k&'kqYd
NRI through a scheduled bank along with a certificate from the dh led{k jkf'k ds #i;s esa Mªk¶V }kjk vkSj cSad ls bl vk'k; ds
bank certifying that the amount has been debited from NRI ,d izek.k i= ds lkFk Hkqxrku fd;k tk, fd jkf'k O;fDr ds

10. Temporary Membership

Temporary membership is for a period of 3/6 months on one vLFkk;h lnL;rk ;Fkkfu/kkZfjr vizfrns'k 'kqYd dk ,d lkFk

Restoration of membership is normally not permitted except in
exceptional cases if applied within a period of two years

avoid indulging on drinking or smoking.

27. Shooting/ Photography

Shooting (Still/Video) in the premises of the Shaheed Vijay iz'kklu dh iwoZ vuqefr ds fcuk 'kghn fot; flag ifFkd ØhMk
Singh Pathik Sports Complex is not permitted without prior 'kadqy esa fQYe ¼fLVy@fofM;ksa½ cukuk euk gSA
approval of the Administration.

28. Suspension of Membership for indiscipline. 'kghn fot; flag ifFkd ØhMk ladqy ds fu;e 23] 28 ,oa 29 ds
Chairman, Management Committee is empowered to suspend vuqlkj v/;{k] izca/k lfefr dks vuq'kklughurk djus ij fdlh
any member and dependent for indiscipline as per rule 23, 28 Hkh lnL; vkSj vkfJr dh lnL;rk dks fuyafEcr djus dk

30. Late Payment charge as at decided by Management
