TO SERVE SUMMONS

COMES NOW, Plaintiff, through the undersigned


counsel, respectfully states that:

1. Herein defendant, Vlxy P. Rosal, resides at Hon. Jose B.


Azote St., Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte.

2. Section 3, Rule 14 of the Revised Rules of Civil


Procedure, provides that in cases where summons is to be
served outside the judicial region of the court where the case is
pending, the plaintiff shall be authorized to cause the service of
summons.

3. To expedite the proceedings, herein plaintiff seeks


authority from this Honorable Court to be authorized to
serve the summons to defendant.
