Dear Sir/Ma’am,

We would like to request that the subject CIE 052 Geotechnical Engineering 2(Foundation), be offered
this 2nd Semester of SY: 2020-2021.   

We are willing to pay for the minimum number of students (15 students) in case the total number of
enrollees is below 15. 

Upon approval of our subject, please consider this as our authorization to the Accounting Department 
to charge us the necessary fee.
