The butler assists a hotel guest with check-in by carrying their luggage, showing them to their room, and providing information about hotel amenities. The next day, at check-out, the butler helps the guest pack and processes their bill before calling a taxi to take the guest from the hotel. A script in English over a conversation between a valet/butler and a guest.

Check in

Butler: Good afternoon ma’am, Welcome to CPC Diamond Suites . Im ____________ your Butler/Valet service attendant.
May I assist you to the front desk ma’am.?

Is this your luggage?

May I carry your Luggage Ma’am?

Guest : Yes Please.

Butler : after you please..

Direct guest to the front desk..

Excuse me Ma’am. Please assist Ms. Cruz for her registration. Thank you.

Are you ready to go to your Room Ma’am?

Guest: Yes!

Butler: This way to your room pls.

Ma’am we are now here to your . Your room is room 104.

May I open the door for you?

Guest: yes Please!

Butler: may I have your key. (open the room)

Please Come in Ma’am, and have a sit.

Is the temperature of room okay for you? Or would like me adjust the temperature of the aircon?

Guest: Yes that’s fine.

Butler: May I now introduce the amenities inside your room? Ma’am your room is a suite room with one Queen bed. Your
bath room is here with bathtub with hot and cold shower and complete of amenities. You have your television with 25
channel to choose. Telephone beside your bed with in house directory. Dresser table, on top of dresser table have a
compendium with brochure of hotel feature, and a menu book. This is your mini bar with different consumable alcoholic
and non alcoholic drinks and foods inside, for the price for each item you can see the list on top of mini bar. you also
have Electric kettle and coffee cup on top, this is your coffee table, and lastly you have your wardrobe with safety volt
inside, that can be change your own security number. Our restaurant is located at ground floor level, breakfast is open
from 6 am to 9 am. We also have swimming pool open from 7 am to 10 pm. If you want to relax our spa is also located at
ground floor level

Ma’am would you like me to un pack your luggage?


Guest : Yes Please!

Butler: Would like your clothes to be hung or fold?

Guest: Please Hung/ Please leave it Fold.

Butler : Ma’am Im done unpacking your things. Is there anything you need?

Guest: Yes Please Polish my Shoes.

Butler: Ma’am Im done polishing your shoes. is there anything you want?

Guest: Nothing, just come back tomorrow before my check out time. thank you..

Butler: Thank you ma’am I’ll be back tomorrow before your check out time. If there’s anything you need Please don’t
hesitate to Call the front Office 103 or housekeeping department 212. Enjoy your stay.

Check Out Time

Butler: (Knock the door and announce) Butler /valet service good morning..

Guest: Yes Please Come in.

Butler: Good Morning Ma’am Im here to help you pack your things. May I pack your things now?

Guest: Yes Please!

Butler: Ma’am Im done packing your things. Would you like to check if there’s anything left.

Guest; Yes! Ok lets go.

Butler: after you Ma’am.

How’s your stay with us?

Guest: oh it’s great..

(At the front desk)

Butler: Excuse me Ma’am would like me to process your bill?

Guest: Yes Please.

Butler: Please wait for a moment ..excuse me Ma’am/ Sir, Please process the bill of Ms. Cruz for her check out. Thank
you.

Ma’am Im done processing your bill. Are you ready to go?

Guest: Yes..

Butler: do you have a car? Or would like me get a cab for you?

Guest: Yes Please!

Butler: Ma’am the car is waiting for you outside. Your luggage is already in the car compartment. Thank you for staying
with us.. we are looking forward to see you soon with your friends. Have a safe trip.
