3 Always, continually, constantly, forever present

4 Some verbs are static verbs. These verbs are generally not used in -ing
form.
Example-
1 Verbs of perception and thinking process .i.e. See, taste, think, know,
smell, hear, mean etc.
2 Verbs showing possession and Expressing feelings i.e. own ,like,
love, belong, possess, wish, hate, desire, contain etc.
3 Other verbs such as affect, cost, require, face, seem, appear, become
etc.
