INSPECTION AND EVALUATION

Site  :  Grand miracle hotel, Siem Reap 
Date  : 09‐01‐2021 
Inspected by: Sorn Sothea (Civil Engineer) 

I. Inspection work and Evaluation 
The consultant inspected the site with a set of structural 
drawing and renovated recommendation drawing. The consultant team 
have seen some construction error and un‐professional work as shown 
below with photo attached. 
1. Figure 1,2: Grout‐mixing problem.  
2. Figure 3: Missing plate 
3. Figure 4,5,6: Fail welding

II. Recommendation 
As the inspection report have shown there are many construction 
errors, the consultant rejects to the work as shown in the picture 
above. The consultant still have strongly recommend improving the 
skill‐workmanship to follow standard and follow the structural and 
recommendation drawing.
