LETTER OF CANCELLATION

RE: CASE ID 35DR-13-236

JABEZ M CLARK respectfully requests contract termination of JEFFERSON


COUNTY COURTHOUSE court order Docket No. 352D1300236 pursuant to AR
Code § 4-5-104 (2016). We are pursuing domestic relations matters
independently of the State and would like any debts and fees for the account
connected to OCSE Case ID 672683820 discharged, as either party may officially
discharge the accumulated debts and fees in accordance with the HJR-192
Remedy (Public Resolution No. 10 of the 73rd Congress) and Title 31 U.S. Code
§ 3123.
Furthermore, we request a receipt of this letter by certified mail sent to each of
our addresses. Thank You.
