size 20 actuator, controller) varies from 20 to 31 kg (44
to 67 lbs), depending on valve size and class.

System 9000 actuator (size 20) height is less than 330

mm (13 inches). Total FloVue system height (valve,
actuator, controller) will vary, depending on valve size
and class. With this small overall package envelope,
the FloVue system offers a space-critical design for
your applications where space is a premium.

D Peak Performance Maintained through Digital

Communication—Two-way digital communication
gives you current valve condition information. You can
rely on this real-time information to make sound
process management decisions. By analyzing valve
dynamics through FIELDVUE AMS ValveLinkt
software, you can identify control areas needing
improvement and maintain a high level of system
performance.

D Increased Process Uptime—The diagnostic

capability of FIELDVUE instruments, in combination
with the System 9000 actuator, allows you to maximize
your edge on maintenance. The FIELDVUE digital
valve controller provides self calibration, diagnostic,
and cycle count capability. Comparing valve/actuator
W6564–1A/IL signatures with those previously stored reveals when
maintenance is needed. This capability takes the

For ENVIRO-SEAL PTFE and graphite packing Packing Selection Guidelines for Sliding-Stem
systems: See bulletin 59.1:062, Packing Selection Valves
1. Refer to the valve specifications in this bulletin for pressure/temperature limits of valve parts. Do not exceed the pressure/temperature rating of the valve. Do not exceed any applicable code
or standard limitation.
2. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has set a limit of 500 parts per million (ppm) for fugitive emissions from a valve in selected VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) services.
3. In vacuum service, it is not necessary to reverse the ENVIRO-SEAL PTFE packing rings.
