Greetings!
Based on the DepEd Memorandum No. 313 series 2019 of the Division of Cebu Province
released last June 4, 2019, interested teachers are invited to submit pertinent papers for a
competitive ranking for a Teacher-in-Charge position for the secondary level. With this
information, I would like to apply the said item position and submit for the whole ranking
procedure as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 42 s. 2007.
I am JESSA M. SUMAYANG, Teacher 3 of Tabunan National High School with seven
years’ experience in service at the public secondary school (5 years – Teacher 1, 1 year and 5
months – Teacher 2, 6 months – Teacher 3) and one year in the private school. I am presently
handling Senior High Science subjects and I have acquired my complete academic requirement
(CAR) at Cebu Normal University with the course, Master of Arts in Science Education.
Attached herewith are my Personal Data Sheet, Service Record, Transcript of Records
and other pertinent documents for evaluation and assessment of my professional records relative
to the vacant position in the Division of Cebu Province particularly in the District of Borbon.
I am very much willing to come for an interview anytime at the convenience of the
