a Mumbai based company run by seasoned professional with a progressive record of achievements
and experienced in handling challenging roles throughout the career, with increasing levels of

Mr. Subroto Karmokar, a dynamic Business Consultant (B.E. in Electronic Instrumentation) based in
Mumbai, having industry experience of more than two decades. He has travelled widely globally and
has a broad range of expertise in the industry. Asset valuation, Asset mergers & acquisition, Asset
management, Technical design & projects, Business Development, Fund Raising are some of the

Mr. Dinesh Agarwal is CA & CS and is an Executive Director on the Board of Sterling Powergensys
Ltd. (SPL), Mumbai. Mr. Dinesh Kumar Agarwal is having industry experience of more than 15 years.
He has served the industry in different areas like accounts, finance, statutory compliance, planning &
project execution. He is on the Board of SPL, which is a Bombay Stock Exchange listed company,
since 2010. He is a key member of the team looking after solar power business of the SPL since 2010-
