Mr. Dinesh Agarwal is CA & CS and is an Executive Director on the Board of Sterling Powergensys
Ltd. (SPL), Mumbai. Mr. Dinesh Kumar Agarwal is having industry experience of more than 15 years.
He has served the industry in different areas like accounts, finance, statutory compliance, planning &
project execution. He is on the Board of SPL, which is a Bombay Stock Exchange listed company,
since 2010. He is a key member of the team looking after solar power business of the SPL since 2010-
