Description of Project: Operation and Maintenance of CS3.0 IN for Bharti North. Routine Health checkups,
Ensuring SLA, Maximum System Uptime, Upgrades, Trouble Ticket Handling, CSR Handling for PAN
India.

IN-NSS Operation & Maintenance for Spice Telecom Pvt. Ltd (Punjab)
Worked as a switch engineer and involved in trouble free & optimum functioning of operations of
Siemens D900 & ZTE ZXG10 switches (includes 6 MSCs comprising 8 million BHCA & including VLR
capacities of 1.5 million subscribers & 2 HLRs comprising 2.3 million subscribers). As IN engineer
responsible for tariff management, Routing and Charging. It includes various aspects of switching and
charging ie:

• Creation of data base at IN and MSC end for the proper functioning of IN
• Delta Migration of customer from Siemens IN to ZTE IN.
• Analyses of IN reports to achieve optimize utilization of the different resource in network
• Responsible for proper SS7 communication of IN with various entities in network.
• Creation of routing database including creation & modification of code points, routes, destinations &
trunk attributes to ensure proper routing of traffic
• Liasioning with other operator relating to POI issues & expansions .CDR Administration & Co-
ordination with billing department for smooth billing process
