You are consultant from RWN Solution Sdn Bhd which is specialize in providing
pre-commissioning, shutdown and maintenance services within the hydrocarbon
processing market, for new-build construction, existing plant shutdowns and general
maintenance projects. Plant shutdown typically have their own challenges. Analyze the
challenging and problems facing in shutdown and start up maintenance.

Report:

Use Times New Roman, font 12. You may write up to a maximum of 10 pages of A4
size paper including diagrams and list of references. Be clear and concise.
