ORDER

Accused after having read the Information in the dialect known to him,
pleaded NOT GUILTY to both offenses.

The trial prosecutor manifested that they will be presenting six (6)
witnesses namely: PMS Angelo De Guzman, PMS Jason Tan, PEMS Vincent
Gonzaga, City Prosecutor Arclon Padilla, Karen Bavila and Brgy. Captain
Angelica Panganiban. Pre-trial is terminated.

Let the maiden reception of prosecuting evidence be set on the following


dates: insert dates here all at 1 o’clock in the afternoon.

Let a Subpoena be issued to said witnesses for them to appear and testify
on said dates.

Counsels, PMS Angelo De Guzman, PMS Jason Tan, PEMS Vincent


Gonzaga, are notified in Open Court.

SO ORDERED.
