Job Description
You will play an important role, such as:

 Enforce and implement HR & Admin policies and procedures


 Execute and drive HR Programs to achieve organizational goals
 Prepare and update various HR-related reports for management review
 Perform other ad hoc project assigned
 Work closely with entire HR team in driving the implementation of company programmes

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

 Candidate must be willing to work in Papua New Guinea.


 Must possess at least a Diploma / Professional Certificate / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Human
Resource Management or equivalent.
 High proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
 At least 5 years of working experience in HR and Administration
 Computer literate and having strong skills in Microsoft Office and payroll software
 Positive attitude, self-motivated and responsible
 Able to work independently
