REQUIREMENTS
It is necessary to have a registered company account on our website www.mobilpay.ro if
you don’t have one yet, you can register for free at
https://www.mobilpay.ro/public/en/create-account/ .
There are two types of approvals required for your account to be able processing live
transactions:
● Company account approval (contractual/commercial approval), which is made after
signing a contract between your company and ours, download the framework agreement
and annexes from https://admin.mobilpay.ro/en/ in section Implementation-> Legal
Documents, they must be signed and sent to us in duplicate, in original physical format
(if you need more information, contact our commercial department -
contact@mobilpay.ro or at tel. no. contact: 021-527.77.25 (Monday-Friday - 9 AM - 6
PM) ).
● Merchant account approval (technical approval) - is made after you finish the
implementation, then we should made a final test and if everything is done correctly, you
will have the account technically approved (find more information on page 7).
The Company account automatically have a merchant account by default, this account
can be used only for link2pay service (payment links), this service does not require a
implementation, therefore you will not have access to security keys. You need to add a simple
merchant account, this one it can be used to implement the desired payment methods, you can
create a new merchant account at https://admin.mobilpay.ro/en/ in Admin section - Seller
accounts - Add button.

INSTALLATION
After the addition and/or modification of merchant account is required to synchronize
with test server sandbox for new settings to be recognized. You can do this by going to
https://admin.mobilpay.ro/en/ Admin section - Seller Accounts - Modify (pencil icon) - General
Information Tab, the 'Synchronization applications (to Sandbox)', click on the Sync button.
Atention! You must upload at your server in location -
/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sn-wc-mobilpay/mobilPay ! - MobilPay digital certificate
(public key) and Seller account certificate (private key) from the production server and
the same two keys from the test server, they can be downloaded following the two points
below:
● The security keys on the
production server can be found
at https://admin.mobilpay.ro/en/ ,
section Admin → Seller accounts
→ Modify (pencil icon) →
Security Settings tab.
● Accessing the server from test
section sandbox - https://admin.mobilpay.ro/en/ , section
Implementation→Test implementation. Then the security keys
from the test server can be found at section Admin→Seller
Accounts→Modify (pencil icon)→Security Settings tab.

The adding of every mobilPay module is made directly on
your server, only after that you can install and configure the
module. So adding a module on your server requires using a FTP
client, you will need to know the details of your FTP connection.
Unzip the .zip file. Here, it will result a director called
sn-wc-mobilPay, it adds your server to the location where you
have installed WooCommerce extension
/public_html/.../wp-content/plugins
After the transfer is completed, go to WordPress admin panel at Plugins →List module.
There search mobilPay module and install it.

CONFIGURATION
After mobilPay module installation was completed is necessary to configure it to be
functional. The settings are detailed below:
Enable / Disable: Enable this payment method
Test Mode: Enable test mode
Title: Name of payment method
Description: Description of payment method
Seller Account ID: Signature seller account (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
Payment methods: Set the desired location of returnURL.
ReturnURL: Atention! Add a ReturnURL page, like you see in the attached image
(where after the payment, the client will see if the transaction is
confirmed or not). Add in the settings of the returnURL page the
shortcode [ snwcstatus] .
After completion of returnURL, go back at the configuration of module
and complete the address of ReturnURL.

** If you want to set the payment page in english language is necessary to add /en at the end of payment endpoint

TEST & ACCOUNT APPROVAL
To test the implementation, access your sandbox account, you can do that by going to
https://admin.mobilpay.ro/en/ at Implementation → Test the implementation .
In sandbox select Orders → Card, here you can see the orders placed on test server if
pply filters Tab, here you can choose the date, status
you want to select certain filters click on A
transactions, etc.
After you have carried out some test transactions in sandbox, to verify the communication
server to server and errors recorded there, go to the section O rders → Credit card → Details
(magnifying glass icon) → Merchant communication log TAB, detail sign +, here you can see
the IPN (Instant Payment Notification) submitted by mobilPay in Request section and the
response received from your server if the answer is not like we expected there will be generated
an error. If everything is okay you will receive the message Confirm_OK.
The last step, merchant account approval (technically account approval) is made after
completion of implementation. We need to test your implementation to ensure that everything
runs smoothly, send us an e-mail to i mplementare@mobilpay.ro where to specify the payment
method do you want us to test, the URL of your website where we can test and a customer
account on your site (username and password) or activate the checkout as a guest. Stay with
payment redirection on test server sandbox at h ttp://sandboxsecure.mobilpay.ro/ until we
complete tests and receive approval.
