Qamar to you for his application, who is keen to do his higher education in your university. I
know him as a student of chemical Engineering department of his undergraduate studies.
He is a truly outstanding student who has accumulated a long list of both academic
honors/achievements and extra-curricular activities. He is a gifted student who combines serious
study with a genuine concern for the community in which he lives.
He is a sincere and hardworking student. He has the ability to carry out research independently.
Personally, I found Mr. Obaid Ali Qamar to be an honest, intelligent, articulate person. His
rational potential and diligence are evident by the fact that he obtained good sound knowledge in
his research work and coursework. I am sure that through his diligence and his innovative talents
