About StudyRoom

Studyroom is an online tutoring marketplace for K-12. There are more than 10 million tutors in 
India teaching over 150 million students. It is difficult for these tutors to teach online as there is 
no integrated platform serving their needs. They have to use different apps for lead generation, 
online classes, content, assignment, payment, testing, book-keeping and so on. We want to 
empower these educators so that they can focus on what they do best - teaching. 
 

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and passionate React Native developer candidates with 2-6 years 
of experience working at a reputable tech company or startup. 
 
Responsibilities: 

● Develop React Native applications for both iOS and Android. 


● Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. 
● Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. 
● Create UI Screen and Modules in both iOS and Android and integrate with React Native 
applications. 
● Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. 

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

● Minimum 3 year relevant and real time experience in ReactNative. 


● Strong JavaScript fundamentals and ES6 knowledge, ReactNative, NodeJS, MVC, Design 
Patterns, REST APIs, Swagger, AWS and GAE 
● Familiarity with state/data management libraries (Redux, Mobx) 
● Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use 
● Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Github. 
● Expertise with code testing best practices, including unit, and integration testing to 
ensure quality of code. 
● Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission- 
critical software fixes—React moves fast and often breaks things. 
● Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency 
conflicts.
