LOCATION: Andheri (East), Mumbai, India   
CTC: 8 to 9 lacs 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Understand and prioritize requirements by consulting


with end customers on requirements on product
features, workflows, and consequently analytics and
reporting
 Draw up requirements documents in MS Visio, MS
Word and prototypes in MS Excel to describe use-
cases, complex work-flows, and features/functionality
 Create documentation for rendering reports and
visualizations of end requirements
 Customer service – issue handling, troubleshooting,
solution management with customers directly
 Planning and scheduling capability to ensure work is
scheduled across diverse functional groups
 Stakeholder management

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 Excellent communication and documentation skills –


both written and spoken English
 Strong analytical and logical mindset
 Extremely motivated and result-oriented
 Exposure to the Higher education industry (added
advantage)
 Good understanding of analytics and BI in today’s
world (added advantage)
 Good understanding of big data technologies (added
advantage)
 Prior US travel and direct exposure to working with
clients on a one-on-one basis (added advantage)

 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS FOR ABOVE JOB ROLE:

 Annual Compensation between 8 to 9 lakhs/annum  


 Additional Annual Performance based bonus
(Company & Individual performance)
 Guest House accommodation (for outstation
candidates) of up to Two (2) weeks, extendable with
additional approvals
