Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I am resigning my position as SBM Science


Department Coordinator; recently I have been noticing some changes in many aspects
of my life, both personally and professionally. I have been overly exhausted, constantly
in pain, and I feel that my productivity has been cut in half. Over the last four (4) years
of being the said position my experience has been fruitful and I have had the
opportunity to learn a lot through your mentorship and well qualified colleagues and a
great privilege as well as an invaluable experience. I am grateful for the opportunity. I
am also thankful to our principal who allowed me to contribute towards the co-
curricular activities and thanks to her guidance and support. Effective from the date
above.

And I assure you that I will be working closely with my replacement during this
transitionary period to assure that the school policies and guidelines in science are not
negatively affected. All my files are have been updated to further prepare the incoming
SBM Science Coordinator.
