Department of Microbiology Urine Examination: Result Result

1) Ayesha Habib, a 40-year old female, had a urine examination and blood tests done at Lahore DHA National Hospital on December 21, 2020. 2) The urine examination showed yellow colored urine with a specific gravity of 1.030, pH of 5.0, proteins ++, and 1-2 pus cells and red blood cells each. 3) The blood tests found hemoglobin of 11.9 g/dl, hematocrit of 37%, platelet count of 358 x10^9/l, and white blood cell count of 12.7 x10^9/l with 72% neutrophils. The malarial parasite test was negative.
