RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Load chart should always be kept in the crane cabin.
2. Crane must not be use to lift loads more than the designated SWL.
3. Operate crane only in accordance with the recommendations as given in the
manufacturers’ manuals and only competent operators should operate the crane.
SURVEY STATEMENT
The equipment after thorough examination is found in good structural and functional
condition as at the time of inspection and is hereby certified FIT FOR PURPOSE only
within designated operational parameters.
CONCLUSION
We certify that the Equipment described herein was thoroughly examined in accordance with the
relevant sections of the factory Acts 2004 and those other standards upon which our procedure
is drawn.
