a) What is the aim
The aim of this work is to implement a Implementation of GSM Base Controlled Home appliance Using
Arduino
b) Objective(s) of the project?
The objectives of the study are:
i. Interface arduino with GSM Modem
ii. write code in arduino IDE
iii. interface the system to a relay switch
iv. provide connection point to integration in to a Homes
v. test the final product

a) Who is the intended user(s)?
The system is to be used in homes, offices and workshops for extra level of security.
b) Why you think there is need for this project?
To provide comfort for home owner and users and to be able to control devices using SMS no mater the
distance
