PDC drill bit is a new type of cutting bit made by artificial polycrystalline diamond cutting inserted
on bit matrix. It has sharp, high wear -resistance and self- sharpening diamond as its original cutting
parts, which can get high drilling depth in low drilling pressure. It is much safer than teeth wheel drill
bearing, which can greatly improve the work efficiency and reduce the cost of well drilling.

传动轴传递给钻头。
Model LZ Downhole Motor is a kind of downhole dynamic drilling tool upon the power of
drilling mud. Mud stream from the outlet of mud pump flows through a by-pass valve into the
motor. This steam produces pressure loss at both inlet and outlet of the pump, to push the rotor
into rotating, and to transmit the torque and speed onto the bit.

Model “SJ” Two-Way Shock Sub should be mounted on drill string which is near the bit. It
can slow or sorbs the longitudinal bounce and peripheral torque impact of drill bit (drill string)
simultaneously. It should realize the best fitting of drill pressure and rotation rate as to reduce
the drill cost and improve the drilling efficiency. It can be used for the drill-in or coring of hard
layer, gravel layer and soft-hard interlayer.

Model “DHJ” Mechanical -Hydraulic Shock Sub, which can adopt the dished spring and
silicone oil, is a two-action shock sub, being able to absorb the bounce and jounce of drill tool. It
has advantages of good serviceability, high load bear and long service life. It has a characteristic
of changing the rigidity as to protect the bit optimally, suiting the requirement of different layer.

压不易施加的问题,在海洋钻井中起到升沉补偿器的作用。并能够改善钻具受力状态、减少钻具
疲劳损坏,提高机械钻速。
Model “TLQ” Hydraulic thruster can change the pressure drop of bit nozzle or down-hole
motor into drill pressure, not only can solve the problems that drill pressure is difficult for appling
in directional well, horizontal well, but also has the acting of heave compensator in off-land drilling.
And it can be capable of improving the stressed state of drilling tool and reducing fatigue damage of
drilling tool, and also increasing the drilling rate.

YTLX型液压可变径稳定器是一种新型的钻井用调径扶正器,该调径扶正器
是利用钻压将扶正器的活塞推出,达到调径目的,当起钻或上提钻具时,扶
正器的活塞即会自动缩回,防止起下钻时发生遇阻或遇卡现象发生。该扶正
器结构简单,耐磨性好,调径范围大,可适用井眼扩大的情况。尤其适用于

ZDQ型水力振荡器是通过自身产生的纵向振动来提高钻进过程中钻压传递的有效性和减少
BHA(钻头+马达+扶正器+加重钻杆(钻具)等除了普通钻杆的井底总成)与井眼之间的摩阻,
特别是在有螺杆的定向钻进过程中改善钻压的传递,降低摩阻、减少常规钻井卡钻事故,增加
动钻压、提高钻井效率。
Model ZDQ hydroscillator improves the effectiveness of bit pressure transmission and frictional resistance between
BHA (the pit bottom assembly like drill bit, centering guide, extra-heavy drill rod ( drilling tools) except for ordinary
drilling rod in drilling process by the longitudinal vibration generated by itself, especially to improve the drilling pressure
transmission with a screw, reduce the frictional resistance, cut down the ordinary drilling sticking accidents, increase the
dynamic drilling pressure and improve drilling efficiency in directional drilling process.

NCQ型 扭力冲击器可以将钻井液的流体能量转换成均匀高频的周向机械冲击能量,并直
接将此能量传递给PDC钻头,使钻头不需要等待钻柱扭力积蓄足够的能量就可以连续高频地
切削地层,而整个钻柱传递的扭矩保持稳定和平衡,钻杆传递的扭矩可以完全地用于切削
地层而不会浪费,从而达到提高机械钻速的目的。
Model NCQ torque impactor can convert the fluid energy of the drilling fluid into the high-
frequency circumferential mechanical shock energy, and directly pass the energy to PDC bit, so
that the drill bit can cut the formation frequently and continuously without waiting for enough
energy of the drilling rod torque, while the torque passed by the whole drill rod is stable and
balanced, the torque can be completely used to cut the formation of no waste, which can reach
the purpose of improving the mechanical drilling speed.

ZTX 型高效震荡减阻尾管下入装置连接在钻柱串中,可使工具上部的钻柱独立
于下部的钻柱而单独旋转。在下部钻柱遇阻、遇卡时,可以消除上部钻柱旋转时的
阻力和摩擦,减轻钻柱的螺旋扭曲。工具内部设置有“压力激活离合器”,通过对工具
中心管内憋压形成一定压差,剪断工具内部预设的剪钉,使工具上下两部分重新结
合形成同步旋转,将上方钻柱的扭矩传递到下方钻柱。
Model ZTX highly-efficient vibration resistance reduction tail pipe running tool is connected to
the drill string, so that the drill string at upper end of the tool can individually rotate independent of
the drill string at the lower end. When any blockage or obstruction occurs to the drill string at the
lower end, the tail pipe can eliminate the resistance and friction which is caused by the rotation of
the drill string at the upper end, and reduce the helical distortion of the drill string. A "pressure
activated clutch" is set inside the tool to form some differential pressure to hold the pressure in the
central tube, and the shear pins inside the tool make the upper part and lower part to reform
recombination and synchronous rotation, transferring the torque of the upper drill string to the drill
string at the lower end.

Model “YJHM” Drilling Jar belongs to the advanced product of model JYQ Jar. The up jarring can be

Drilling Accelerator Type ZJQ
ZJQ型钻井加速器利用液体弹簧做为储能元件,作用是为提高液压式上击器震击效果。与JYQ型
机械液压式随钻震击器配合使用,震击作业时能对其下方的钻铤和震击器起加速作用,使卡点获
得更大的震击力,最高可提高2倍震击力,同时可以减少震击之后钻柱回弹时的震动,对加速器上
部钻具起到保护作用。
Model “ZJQ” Drilling Accelerator can be stored energy by hydraulic spring as to increase the
jarring force for Hydraulic Jar. It should be applied with Hydraulic Drilling Jar Type QYⅡ jointly.
The drill collar and Hydraulic Jar (below the Drill Accelerator ) can function an accelerated effect
when jarring operates as for making the stuck point gain more jarring force that can increase force
for two times at the highest. Meanwhile, it can decrease the bounce-back shock after jarring as to
protect the drill tools above Drill Accelerator.

浮阀芯在正常钻井时,阀盖打开,钻井液畅通循环,当井下发生井
涌或者井喷时,阀盖关闭达到防喷目的,起下钻作业时,防止钻井液
回流,阻止泥沙进入钻柱,起到防堵作用。
In normal well-drilling, the valve cover of the floating valve core opens,
then the drilling fluid circulates smoothly. When the well kick or blowout
occurs under the well, the valve cover is closed so as to reach the purpose
of blowout prevention, which can prevent the drilling fluid backflow, and
prevent the sediment from getting into the drill string to get anti -blocking
effect during stripping-in operations.

The Mechanical Internal Cutter Type NG is used to cut casing, oil tubing
and drill pipe. It features a device that permits the operator to set the cutter to
any depth, and reset it to another depth without coming out of the hole. After
mechanically anchored, it is pressured to rotate for cutting the drill string. If
it is equipped with the spear, cutting and recovering can be completed at the
same time.

Model “AND-S” Hydraulic Internal Cutter can be lowered into desired depth from cutted
pipes string. The increased pump pressure can push piston downward as to make blade stretch.
And the blade rotates in company with drill tool to start cutting. It can be used for all kinds of

Junk Mill Type MXP can be divided into three kinds: flat-bottom (or
concave-bottom) milling shoe, guide milling shoe and cone milling shoe,
according to its structure and shape. At the milling surface, the carbide
particles are built up by welding, which plays a part of self-milling. It is
used to mill the fallen substances, such as tooth wheel, slipdog, fittings for
