Pakistan. Creative Associates is an international development organization in Washington, DC.
with experience implementing projects in more than 20 countries. In Pakistan, Creative
Associates is working on a USAID Pakistan funded program titled “FATA Transition Initiative”
and “Pakistan Transition Initiative” with total worth of $130.3Million.

Creative Associates International Inc. Pakistan (CAII – OTI/USAID) – Finance Assistant:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in Budgeting, Pipelines & Forecasting of Project expenditures


Assist in Financial reporting as per donor’s requirement
Implement CAII & Donor’s financial policies & procedures
Preparation of bank & cash payment vouchers
Preparation of Monthly bank& cash reconciliations.
Preparation of Employees Health Insurance and EOBI
Preparation of staff payroll & allowances
Deduction of Income tax at source i.e. salaries, suppliers, Venders & Contractors
Preparation & Submission of monthly/annual tax statements to I Tax department (FBR)
Liaise between Field Offices
Liaise with Financial Institutions
SOLOMON Accounting software
USAID Small Grants Management Database
