On 06/30/2020, at approximately 2305 hours, I Officer Cheung was dispatched on a discharging firearms to the
residence of 1167 Wynterhall Lane, Dunwoody, GA 30338.
At approximately 2303 hours, Chatcomm received a call from a negative-meet phone number, (770) 833-4001,
advising they heard approximately five shots.
At approximately 2305 hours, Damarius Bilbo, homeowner of 1167 Wynterhall Lane, called Chatcomm and advised
someone shot through his home.
Upon arrival, Damarius, Catherine Josey, and their 12 year old son, Aiden Biblo were on scene. Catherine advised
that only she and Aiden were home at the time of the incident. I observed the entry point of the bullet to have
traveled through the center window frame, through the home`s playroom drywall, through another wall in the 2nd
floor hallway, and into the corner of a subsequent wall into the top frame. Due to the angle of the final observed hole,
it is unknown if the bullet stopped in the attic, or traveled through the roof.
Catherine advised Aiden was in the 2nd floor bedroom that is to the left side when facing the house, with front
window access. She was on the right side of the home when facing left. She advised the window frame that was shot,
belonging to the playroom was unoccupied and the lights in that room were turned off. Catherine advised she had
thought she had heard fireworks until she observed the bullet hole in the wall by the chandalier above the front door
entrance.
Aiden advised he had initially thought he heard fireworks, but observed from the bedroom window vehicle that
appeared to be a gold 4 door sedan from his viewpoint, pull up to the front of the yard. He advised a passenger exited
the vehicle, walked onto the lawn. He advided the passenger was a black male wearing a grey hoodie, with the hood
over his head, dark pants and flip flops. After hearing the sound of the bullet go through the home, he advised the
male jumped back into the vehicle and the vehicle immediately took off back towards Chamblee Dunwoody Road.
Aiden was unable to obtain a visual of the vehicle`s driver.
Damarius advised that Catherine then called him, and that he arrived after the incident already occurred and that
subjects had already fled.
Both Catherine and Damarius advised that they have no known enemies or ongoing feuds with friends,
acquaintances, neighbors, or co-workers. Damarius further advised that he does not talk to anyone. He advised he
works as a sports agent.
Damarius and Catherine advised their home was a victim of property damage once before with a white male who
smashed their windows with a baseball bat, which was caught on their Ring camera.
Damarius advised he has video footage of tonight`s incident on the Ring camera as well. He attempted to pull up the
video, but experienced connectivity issues and advised he would attempt to sort it out before the Ring footage
expires. He was able to show the sedan pull up to the house, but video footage froze when the passenger exited the
vehicle. The video did not capture any visual of the driver.
I located a brass colored WIN 9mm Luger shell casing on the front lawn where Aiden described the suspect to have
approached the home. It was delicately collected as evidence.
Pictures of the entry and exits holes caused from the discharged firearm were taken.
