➢ Erection of 210 MVA ,21/420kV Power Transformer and Ensure all testing processor to
power Transformer and commissioning
➢ Erection of 60MVA 21/11.5KV unit transformer and Ensure all testing activates and
commissioning.
➢ Erection of 12.5MVA 11kv/3.3kv KV unit transformer and Ensure all testing activates and
commissioning.
➢ Erection of 22kv IPBD, 11kv SPBD and 415 NSPBD bus ducts and Ensure all testing activates.
➢ Erection 80MVA 420kv Bus reactor and Ensure all testing activates.
➢ Partial involvement in 420 KV double bus double breaker gas insulated substation (GIS) and
testing activates and erection of LA,CVT, double break isolated switch EMVT,CT’s,SF6 Air
roller bushing conductor
➢ Erection and commissioned of 11kv HT Panel and 3.3kv HT panel and all testing activates in
HT panels.
➢ Testing of power transformer ( winding resistance, IR values ,Turns ratio test, oil
BDV test ,Capacitance and tan delta test, Magnetizing current , magnetic
balance , open circuit short circuit test, SFRA Test ).
➢ Trouble shooting of M.V and L.V Switchgear.
➢ Involved in 420KV Transmission line tower Foundation, Erection of Towers
➢ Support Knowledge and documentation management.
➢ Carry out Inspection, quality assurance, maintenance, and safety audits are
maintenance.
➢ Reduce production losses from defects / failures/ breakdowns.
➢ Responsible for all aspects of underground work including cable pulling,
installing instruments & threaded rod, tray, ladder rack, confine space entry,
small power and lighting, terminating and gladding.
➢ Study of building drawings & Execution and quality of billing.
➢ The preparation of design calculations, SLD’s, drafting, final drawings and
material selection.
➢ Examined installations and observed operations to ensure conformance to
design and equipment specifications, and provided technical assistance to field
personnel in the areas of high voltage distribution equipment and high voltage
motors/generators.
➢ Involvement of site construction power supply and following of safety activates.
➢ Preparation of site executed plan as per drawing and materials management.
➢ Erection of generator circuit breaker and Ensure of testing activates and
commissioned.
