 Drawing of MEP: Mechanical (Steam & condensate return, Oil, Soup, Compressed Air Pipeline),

Electrical and Plumbing in the building Layout applying detail Engineering and Value
engineering.
 Billing of Quantities based on the MEP drawing. Collection of quotation from qualified (A- class)
vendors. Selection is done based on comparison: cost, experience of vendors (should have
worked for at least 5 years being as B-class, and 2 years being as A- class vendors).
 Monitoring of Bills submitted by contractors/Vendors. Verification of such bills through
crosschecking of rates and quantities. Informing to Finance department in case of high expenses
than budget.
