going to discuss?
The video is convenient since it is informative. It gave us the definition of health and
wellness moreover, it talks about physical, mental or emotional and social well-being
which gave us an idea on how we could help ourselves to be fit. For example, by
doing an exercise, eating healthy foods, avoiding harmful habits like smoking, having
a quality time with friends and family and many more activities that could maintain
yourself to be physically, emotionally and socially healthy.

A healthy lifestyle not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude
and your mood. – unknown
Healthy lifestyle means you need to live your life in a healthy way. In order to
achieve that, you need to do what is seen around the heart which is to exercise in order to
become physcially fit. You can jog, take a long walk, yoga and even play sports.
Furtheremore, you must also have a balanced and nutrional diet by taking the right amount of
proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fats. Additionally, you need to sleep too at
least 7-8 hours a day to become a healthy person.
The heart at the center means a person needs to have a happy heart to be an ecstatic
and healthy person. To accomplish that, you need to hang out with your friends and have a
quality time with your family. You can also do the things that makes you comfortable and at
peace like watching your favorite movie, listening to music, even watching a sunset.
You need to take care of yourself by practicing a healthy lifestyle because your body
and your mind is your foundation as you go on with your life. It is necessary to maintain it
healthy so that you’ll have the energy to do your daily activities. So, be healthy and you’ll be
happy.
To fully understand the topic. I have prepared a concept map for you to put your ideas
regarding physical education and the video presented. This will guide you for our topic and
also enlightens you to know the causes and effects of physical education.

Physical Education has three causes which are the physical health, mental health and
social health. Physical health means how healthy your body is. It affects you by eating
nutritious meals and snacks, participating in regular physical fitness, monthly doctor and
dentist checkups, and avoiding harmful behaviors. Your body would become physically fit
when you follow all of these. Moreover, mental health refers how healthy your brain is.
Positive relationships, your self-concept or self-esteem, how you handle stress and dealing
with thoughts and feelings affects your mental or emotional health. When you have positive
relationship with other people it helps you to boost your self-esteem that affects your mindset
which helps you to deal with your own thoughts and how you will handle stress. Lastly,
social health means respecting, caring and valuing people. It is affected by getting along with
friends, classmates, and teachers, supporting people we care about, and spending time with
family. Through these, you can develop positive relationships with other people which is
socially healthy.
