Perfect holiday
It was a long exhausting picnic during I went to in Teluk Cempedak at Kuantan, P
ahang with my family. It was a long time that we had planned together to go to p
icnic. Before this, my parents are busy with their works. Actually, it¡‾s not easy f
or family and I go to picnic because all of them were so busy including my sibli
ngs.
Furthermore, I think go to picnic at Teluk Cempedak is a suitable place because
there¡‾s have a lot of shop, beautiful beach and so on. Other necessary also was the
re. Anytime we can buy what we want. For me, Teluk Cempedak was the best place t
hat I think.
Besides that, as for me get picnic with my family was the perfect holiday becaus
e we hang out together was sometimes. Moreover, during holiday we can get spend
time together. Actually, that place that I had suggested to my family is their f
avourite place because there¡‾s is so quite and privacy for my family. There¡‾s is also
so peace place. Not likes the others place.
In addition, Teluk Cempedak also full with tourist from others country. Other th
an that, tourist likes stay under sun because for them its good for theur skin.
Last but not least, for me the best and perfect holiday is spend time with my fa
mily because only them that my inspiration for success. What they say and advice
to me, I accepted with my open minded. In conclusion, I suggest to you all to c
ome at Teluk Cempedak if you want to holiday with your family because there is a
best place in Pahang.
Chinese New Year
Chinese New Year In Chinese culture there are so many holidays through out a yea
r. Chinese New Year is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. I
t is sometimes called the Lunar New Year. The festival traditionally begins on t
he first day of the first lunar month. Chinese people celebrate Chinese New Year
through out the first fifteenth day of the month, they would spend a lot of tim
e to prepare for the festival such as shop for flowers, fruits, poetic couplets
and new clothes. They believed that everything should be new because that will b
rings luck for the whole year. Women and children clean the house and organize s
tuffs at home while the men working so hard for their crops. The first day of th
e Lunar New year is ¡°the welcoming of the gods of the heavens and the earth.¡±People wi
ll prepare meat, rice, and foods on the first day because they want to thanks go
d for ensure long and happy lives for them. Nobody will visit their relatives an
d family on the first day, most of them will attend temple to pray and wish. The
y believed that all wishes will comes true if you pray on the first day of the N
ew Year. On the second day, the Chinese light firecrackers and pray to their own
ancestors. The firecrackers¡‾ sound would scare the ghosts away as well as bad luck
. The family will gather together to have dinner. On the third and fourth days a
re for sons-in-laws to pay respect to their parents-in ¨Claw. The fifth and sixth
day the Chinese can visit their friends freely. In Hong Kong, farmers will pray
for god and display their produce. They also make seven types of drink to greeti
ng each other. The eighth day is considered the birthday of human being, people
will eat noodles with pork to brings luck fro them. The ninth day is the last da
y for children to collect re envelopes because nobody will give out red envelope
s after the ninth day. The 10th through the 15th, all the friends and relatives
should be invited for dinner and they will eat congee or green
My last holiday
My last holidays were my longest holidays, and I think that I learnt how to spen
d the time. I enjoyed a lot with my friends, and my family, and I met new people
too, because I was in different places during the summer, and I wanted to meet
people everywhere.
The first place I visited was Calpe, a town in Alicante, because I was invited f
or some days by a friend who has a house there. I went with some friends, and we
spent there just five days, but it was enough time to want to come back next su
mmer! We stayed on the beach for hours, in the mornings, just lying and asleep,
taking enough energy for the rest of the day and for the night! At night, we wen
t out until next morning. We danced, met people, walked near the beach... while
we watched the moon in silence.
Next, I went to Paris with my parents and my sister. Actually, I did not go to P
aris, I went to Disneyland. We stayed there for four days, and it was really unf
orgettable. When I saw the park, I opened my eyes the most I could and I did not
close them until the night at the hotel. I felt like a little girl again.
Finally, I was in Salou. My parents looked for a really relaxing time, and we we
re on the beach for some days. There, we did not visit anything, we were there j
ust to rest. After those days, we came back to Madrid, and, unfortunately, we ha
d to start our routines again.
