Sir/Madam:
With the evolving nature of the current national situation, future
communications shall be periodically released to guide the community on other upcoming
plans of the school. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the necessary adjustments on
teaching and learning methods that educational institutions needed to put in place in
response to it, Genesis Advanced Intech Academy, Inc., shall adopt the Flexible Learning
Modality approach, henceforth referred to as Flexible Learning Experience (FLEX) which
cater Guided Online Learning Approach (GOLA) for learners who have the necessary
gadgets, devices and online accessibility while Offline Learning Activity Program (OLAP) for
learners who cannot afford the necessary gadgets, devices and those who are encountering
online difficulties as stipulated in the School’s Learning Continuity Plan, until clearances
are given by the government for face-to-face instruction within the school year. This
decision was reached after a long and thorough deliberation process that sought to
balance the need to ensure that learning continues effectively and efficiently without
putting our community’s health and safety at risk.
Attached herewith are the requirements in compliance with the guidelines and
policies set by Department of Education, Department of Health and Inter-Agency Task
Force.
God bless and stay safe!

Despite this plan, we acknowledge possible risk factors which might prevent us from
