PLAINTIFF, through the undersigned counsels, requests that you admit to the following facts

pursuant. If you deny any one of the following, you are to state with particularity the basis for said
denial and to attach to your denial supporting documentation. You are required to fully respond to
these Requests no later than twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of these interrogatories, to the
undersigned The Instructions and Definitions found in Complainant’s Interrogatories apply here.

REQUESTS FOR ADMISSIONS

1. That you are the president of Surigao Island Sales Corporation (SISC) per last 2010 General
Information Sheet filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
2. That in a letter dated February 23, 2010, you through your sister Rona, affirmed and confirmed
that Luke Deider is a creditor of SISC in the amount of Twenty-five Million Four Hundred
Thousand (P25,400,000.00) Pesos,
3. That the purpose of the money loaned was for the acquisition of properties for the corporation’s
business operations
4. That in the same letter, you made an undertaking that a Promissory Note in favor of Luke shall
be executed to secure the latter’s creditor position in SISC.
5. That in the same letter, it was stated that this promissory note is to be the joint obligation of
SISC and Ms. Arriane Santos.
6. That annex B in the complaint is a true and correct copy of the letter dated February 23, 2010.
7. That on May 3, 2010, defendant SISC through Rona executed a promisory note in favor of Luke
Deider.
8. That Rona is your sister.
9. That in the Promissory note, the obligation was to become due and demandable one year from
its execution.
10. That in the same Promissory note, the obligation is also to be interest-bearing, at 25% per
annum.
11. That annex C is a true and correct copy of the said promissory note:
12. That SISC executed a Board Resolution authorizing Rona to execute the promissory note in
behalf of SISC.
13. That annex D is a true and correct copy of the board resolution authorizing Rona to execute the
promissory note in behalf of SISC.
14. That when the loan fell due, demand for payment was made.
15. That you received the demand letter sent by Luke deider
16. That annex E is a true and correct copy of the promissory note
17. That no payment was made by you or SISC.
18. That as Per latest audited financial statement of SISC on file with SEC, the corporation owns no
real properties in the Philippines, but only personal properties to its name, one of which is an L-
300 van.
19. That annex F is a true and correct copy of the Latest audited financial statement on file with the
SEC.
20.
21. the properties that were supposed to be purchased using the loaned amount were purchased
but placed in the names of other persons and of Arianne.
Admit that on the date …. Was athorized to execute the resolution on behalf of SISC
Corporation.
