Chef Victor is an Argentinian native of
Neuquen, a beautiful town on northern
Patagonia. Spent his childhood helping
out in his father’s steakhouse has
allowed Victor to absorb the concepts of
Argentinian Asado by blood. He shares
his profound love for his country and its

At our home, finest ingredients and premium grade meats are the founda-
tion of our great dishes. Our kitchen main stage takes place in our 1,4 meter bespoke
parilla or charcoal grill and the outdoor asado fire pit, the first in Jakarta. Honing
Argentine-specialty cuts and the slow-roasting ethos passed down from generations,
our executive chef Victor Taborda takes good pride in honest cooking and flavors.
Seasoned just by salt, grilled dishes coming out of our kitchen are wonderfully tender,
juicy and flavorful.
