                                                                                                              The achieved results of the field studies and the locative
                                                                                                           analysis in this research represent the unbalanced distribution

                                                                                                           ranges (around Ghods Square and at the head of Majlesi

                                                                                                           Hashtbehesht street) and also, the southeastern ranges
                                                                                                           (Bozorgmehr street and Zayanderood River margin) of this
                                                                                                           region despite the existence of many important applications
