Location Recce

This document provides a location recce for an open land area called Turville Heath Common. The location is in Turville, RG96JY and nearest to Henley Train Station. Permissions

My Dad can use this land in anyway he likes. He has permission from the owner which
means I can film interviews on this location.

Suitability / shots for production (scene numbers)

I will have my other two crew members with me. We will adhere to covid rules by wearing
Masks and social distancing where we can. On Average the amount of people on this
location will be 4 which will also follow the governments rules as well by the time film
this. All the equipment won’t move and we will stay away from each other as best we can.
Lighting Information: Solutions:
N/A
Sunlight/ I plan to film in the early afternoon
with the bright sun out. I will film some
interviews on different days depending on time
restraints but will be using the midday sun as
my main source of light.

Equipment/ I may use a spotlight if I need to


enhance the lighting. I will use a bounce to get
rid of negative Fill

Sound Information: Solutions:


Birds, Planes, pedestrians background noise Will block out any sounds I can and work with
the ones I can’t. Luckily the location is quite
remote so not a lot of people walk around
there.

Power Information Solutions:

Will have Extension cables running from the N/A


house to power the equipment

Hazards Solutions:

Cables running over a road, loose cables around Not many cars use the road the cables will run
the set. over and will make sure the cables are out of
the way when filming.
