En (9) = functional pictogram corresponding to the cold compartment : Indicates that

the cold sensor value is below. When cooling is in progress for the cold compartment, the
pictogram flashes. If no cold food is in the trolley, the pictogram display is steady.
En (10) = functional pictogram corresponding to the hot compartment : indicates that
below is shown the sensor value corresponding to the hot compartment. When dual refrigeration
is progress, a flashing COLD pictogram is displayed, with the value measured by the cold sensor.
If single cooling is in progress, neither the pictogram nor the sensor value is
displayed.

In AUTO mode, for the 5 minutes preceding heating, the Hot and COLD pictograms are displayed
alternately. As soon as heating is in progress, the HOT pictogram flashes and the sensor value
displayed is that of the hot sensor. When the holding phase is reached after the meal has been
ready for 1 hour, the HOT pictogram becomes static.

For bottom left of the screen end bottom right, we therefore display the sensor values as
described above.
For bottom centre of the screen, we have an information section with 3 pictograms which appears
if necessary, together with a field ** reserved for a trolley number X (Terminal Identification for
Ethernet Traceability, to be defined).

One minute after the cycle stops, if no action has been carried out, the beep for abnormal event is
sounded.

Remarks:
- When you start a MANUAL mode, the screen shows the manual meal to be started. If there
is no response within the next 5 seconds, the meal will automatically be started. It can be
cancelled with the red button and, if the option is not locked, other meal types from A to D
can be started by using the ⇐ and ⇒ arrows to select the desired meal.

MEAL

Type of meal configured: from A to D, M for Manual meal (used as default for
MANUAL and REFRIGERATION cycles; F for Cold meal.
Compartment: asks for single (1) or dual (2) refrigeration while holding on cool.
(inactive for single refrigeration trolley – see Factory menu)
Cold 1 set point : cold temperature set point to be reached before regulation (shut-
down of refrigeration unit and condenser fan for 2 minutes and until the set point
temperature +2°C is reached) during a cold hold stage.(inactive for trolley
without refrigeration – see Factory menu)
Cold 2 set point : cold temperature set point to be reached before regulation (shut-
down of refrigeration unit and condenser fan for 2 minutes and until the set point
temperature +2°C is reached. .(inactive for trolley without refrigeration – see
Factory menu)
Heating time: heating time given for sequential operation according to the heating
power entered.
Inertia time: time before Meal Ready time during which the plates are switched off in
order to allow homogenization of temperature in the compartment and in the food.
Heating power: cyclic ratio for 1 minute of heating of the hot plates. These
HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW ratios are defined at the technical level.

ignores the changes and goes back to the Meal/User menu). The screen then goes back to the
selection of days, the days for which the parameters have already been modified being marked
with an X.

MEAL OPTIONS

Auto Meal Sequencing: in certain utilisation cases (shuttle terminal), allows automatic
meals to be sequenced automatically without passing through STOP mode:
WARNING: at hold level, cycles do not behave as they usually do.
Refrigeration Mode: YES or NO to activate or inhibit the Refrigeration mode. On NO, it
will be neither visible nor accessible and pressing the corresponding button will have
no effect.
Manual Mode: YES or NO to activate or inhibit the Manual Heating mode. On NO, it
will be neither visible nor accessible and pressing the corresponding button will have
no effect.
Manual Meal Type: if the MANUAL mode is active, enables you to start a meal with the
parameters of other types.

- “Compressor” Menu: technical parameters relating to the refrigeration unit

Set to Cold: cold period before the conditioning time of an Automatic meal
Defrost Cycle: defrost frequency during the refrigeration phase
Defrost Duration: shut-down time of compressor and condenser fans for the defrost
operation
- “Hot temperature” Menu: parameter for each HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW/HOLD cyclic ratio used
(HOLD = after meal is ready)
- “Buzzer” Menu
Volume: adjusts the volume of the buzzer melody (from 0 = silence to 9 =
maximum)
Melody: number of 10-minute melody reminders
Melody Duration: number of consecutive melody repetitions
Heating Signal: activates/inhibits the audible signal 5 minutes before heating
- “Area” Menu: regional parameters e.g. language, units of temperature measurement and
time zone for the summer/winter change-over
