9 slices Dark Green Kale Leaves
½ cup Blueberries
1 cup Cherry Tomato

2 medium Blood Orange


1½ tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ medium Lemon
¼ cup Hemp Seeds

LET'S START
Step 1
Remove the stems from the kale and rough cut, then place
is a large mixing bowl.

Massage the kale with your hands to soften the leaves.

Step 3
Add apple cider vinegar and avocado oil and salt.

Step 4
Slice the cherry lengthwise add to the salad with the
blueberries.
