Oversee a three-member design group, providing design direction on products, parts and components
used in chemical processing, wire mesh container manufacturing, industrial silos and conveyors with
bottle filling and capping purpose machine prototype. Lead evaluation and analysis of designs produced
by direct reports. Also, Nevon Solutions provides the widest list of mechanical engineering projects
topics to help students, researchers and engineers in their research and development.
My job is to Managed all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, components,
parts, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping
and documenting results using SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD software.
Responsible for overseeing and directing procurement, product design, shipping/receiving, R&D
and customer communications.
Designed innovative component/module replacements for existing machinery that improved
functioning and extended the life of equipment thought to be obsolete for a fraction of the total
replacement cost.
Developed new assemblies that accelerated client production line speed.
Maintained technical expertise on 3D Printing at all levels – prototyping, manufacturing, new

Here I worked as a technical assistant under a joint project between IIsc, Bangalore & IIT Bombay, in
electrical department. I used to work on the prototype designing of electronic enclosure using 3D CAD
software SOLIDWORKS and 2D software AutoCAD and to manufacture them in various plastic
materials as a research analysis.
My job was about product designing, modifications, material replacement and conversion.
