Once when the lion was sleep in the forest, a little mouse began running up and
down upon him. This made the lion awoke and angry. He opened his big paw to eat him.
“Pardon, oh king” cried the mouse. “Forgive me this time. I will never forget it.
Someday I will do a good turn for you”. The lion agreed with the idea and he let the
mouse free.
One day the lion was cought in a trap by some hunters. They tied the lion into a
tree. Just then the little mouse passed by and saw the lion.
The little mouse went up to him and soon gnawed away the rope that bound the
lion. And finally the mouse help the lion free from the hunters and they became a good
friend.
