SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RANEO E. ABU, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and resident of Purok 8,


Bayanan, San Pascual, Batangas, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint
JOHNEL KEITH ARGUELLES, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of San
Pascual, Batangas, to be my true lawful Attorney-in-Fact for my name, place, and
stead, to do all of the following acts, to wit:

1. To act as my legal representative;


2. To transact with the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO)
with regard to the processing of registration of the business permits
and other permits;
3. To make, sign, execute, and deliver all documents and other
writings in our names of whatever nature or kind in relation to the
said transaction;
4. To perform all other acts relative thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power


and authority to do perform any and every act requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do, I
personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
all that my said Attorney-in Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
