We, GURBACHAN SINGH, s/o Dhanna Singh and BHUPINDER KAUR, w/o Sh.
Gurbachan Singh, both residents of Ward No. 10, Mohalla Puran Nagar, Tanda Road, District
Hoshiarpur hereby swear in the name of God/ Solemnly affirm that the following statements
given by are true to the best of our knowledge and belief:-

1) That we are the permanent resident of above mentioned address.


2) That Mr. PUNEET KUMAR is our real son.
3) That our son PUNEET KUMAR is going to CANADA for student visa visa on account of
joining MBA foundation + Master of Business Administration course at University Canada
West educational college .
4) That the properties and bank balances as mentioned in the C.A. report is to financially
sponsor our son PUNEET KUMAR.
5) That our above statement is true and correct.
6) That we do not have any objection if our son PUNEET KUMAR will proceed to Canada.
That we authorize our son, Sh. PUNEET KUMAR to use our funds/property/savings in
the matter of payment of tuition fee, boarding, lodging and other expenses incurred during
his study in Canada.
