Looking into the Logician Personality Type

The Logician is considered to be one of the rarest personality types, making up roughly

3% of the total population. This works into our favor as we tend to pride ourselves on our one-

of-a-kind nature based on our creativity and inventiveness. Logicians love to make patterns,

connections, and share ideas even if they are not completely formed. Logicians don’t tend to lie,

but half-formed ideas should be taken with a grain of salt. Logicians make great analysts and

abstract thinks, as they can pinpoint each individual part of a moving machine and say how it

works by itself and in relation to other parts. Logicians show great enthusiasm for shared

interests and are open-minded to other mindsets as long as they are supported by facts and logics

rather than emotions. Logicians sadly tend to be withdrawn and bashful as they surround

themselves with their own thought, and this can be seen by others as rude. Honesty is a common

trait of Logicians but can cross the line into insensitive at times because we tell it as it is rather

than saying what other want to hear. A Logician, if proven wrong, tends to be sent spiraling into

self-doubt and seclusion. Logicians also tend to break rules and regulations as they are seen a

restrictive and stunting to the brain. Logicians like workplace environments with equal ground

and very little hierarchy, with logical approaches. Careers in system analyzing, high use of math,

or the use of abstract thinking are well suited. Mathematicians, data analysts, and laboratory

scientists are commonly found for this archetype, but also careers in law such as judges and

lawyers are not rare. While my career pathway was not noted in the best pathways, the logical

approach works best with a Engineering pathway.
