This is to authorize Lester Allan T. Vitug to transact business with regard to globe
internet connection in the name of former Punong Barangay Romulo Olalia, Sr. of
Barangay Sinabaan, Bautista, Pangasinan. Due to my current stroke situation we
would like the Internet subscription to be disconnected as I am already incapable
of paying the said subscription.
