TRUCK ART
1. I personally know and have seen truck art in real life. It's basically art done on trucks in a
traditional way which expresses the beauty. I think it is only found in Asian countries, for
example Pakistan or India and more. It includes floral designs and traditional calligraphy
with famous quotes or poems.

2. After researching, I found only two countries in South Asia with truck art, and that is
Pakistan and India. Which is incredibly amazing as it is used world wide

3. Pakistan had no art history before 1947, yet, in the 1950's or 1960’s Abdul Rehman
Chugtai’s work started getting noticed at places. He wasn't that famous before the time
period given, it, soon his artwork was visually represented by famous people and he
became one of the most famous artists in Pakistan. And is now used for trucks and all
around where I live too.

4. Pakistan truck arts include floral designs and calligraphy. In the 1950's truck owners
would transport trade goods to different companies and would stamp up the logos on
their trucks. The creative minds evolved and made those logos into truck arts with
cultural patterns and these became increasingly ornate over time. They all have mostly
unique names and style on each truck to make it stand out.

5. Floral Designs, colorful paintings, cultural patterns, dotted circles, calligraphy, flowers,
thick borders and many more are all included in truck art decorations. As it makes it
more colorful and appealing for the eye and so people stare at it when it crosses down
their streets.
