Greeting is an act of communication in which human beings intention-
ally make their presence known to each other, to show attention to, and
tosuggest a typeof relationship (usually cordial) or social status (formal
or informal) between individuals or groups of people coming in contact
with each other (Wikipedia, 2016). Welcoming touristsis one of a tourguide activitiesto welcome and greet a tourist or a group of touristswith
a pleasure or kindly courtesy and sometimes with presenting flowers to
special tourists or guests.
