Master Teacher Organize the documents needed

Principal Get an advice on your principal on how to start


and the process to be followed.
Parents Make a checklist or survey form and let the
parents answer it.
Principal Ask for an advice where to go.
Parent Talk personally with the parent and report the
academic performance of the child and give advice
on how to help the child.
Clerk Ask for the copy of payslip.
Custodian Ask if there are other laboratory equipment that
can be used.
Division office Talk with the principal and ask for advice. Go to
the division office to get advice what to do.
Principal, grade level chairman, master teacher Ask permission from the principal grade chairman.

1. The qualifications for a Teacher 1 to be promoted to Teacher II are performance rating,
experience, outstanding accomplishments, education and training, potential and
psychosocial attributes and personality traits.
2. The qualifications for Master Teacher are permanent teachers with Teacher Eligibility,
bachelors degree with 18 units in MA Education at least very satisfactory performance
for the last 3 rating period at least 3 years experience as Teacher III and have at least 25
points in potential and accomplishment or has been demonstration teacher in the
district level.
3. No, it is not possible for a newly hired to become a Master teacher after 1 year because
a teacher may only be promoted depending on the units earned in their master’s degree
and other qualification for promotion.

Every teacher has an ambition to be promoted in their field of work, if I am Teacher


A better to choose as Master Teacher 1 position. She is a competent Teacher, has full of knowledge of
the subject matter she teaches in his prestigious school.

G. REFLECTION ON LIFE MAP

My top future entry goal is to become a district supervisor. The steps that I could
take to reach this goal is to graduate my Master degree, take doctoral degree and make innovations. I
need to be hardworking and focus to meet this goals. It is very important for me to achieve such
professional growth for my future, for my financial stability and for self growth.

ACTIVITY 1. THROWBACK

1. I pass my documents or requirements to the Division Office. I do demo teaching, interview,


exam and showing my skill. After that, I need to pass requirements again after they inform me
that I was hired.

ACTIVITY 3.

1. For me, it is part of the job to have over time sometimes. But when frequently done, we also
feel exhausted, 6 hours of teaching is enough for us to feel tired and excess works sometimes
beyond that time will feel us exhausted. That’s why we can’t blame teachers who ask for salary
increase, because we do love teaching that we still continue.
2. Yes, no one should be discriminated in teaching profession.
3. Yes, they should follow what is right and just.

REFLECTION

As a member of the Deped learning community, I commit myself to help realize the Deped mission and

1. We have our trainings or seminars every year to develop and enhance our skills, talents and
values for a better public service.
2. Induction program for newly hired teachers for them to develop sense of pride, belongingness
and commitment to public service. And the program that update newly hired teachers is the
orientation program.
3. It is ok to render return service for the privilege you earned before applying again.
4. It will be a great privilege for a teacher to have that scholarship program.
