1. Contracting Parties. The following contract is a legally binding agreement between
the First Party, known in the Common Tongue as Otho Umbrous (a.k.a. Samuel
Cassalanter), and the Second Party, known in the Common Tongue as Supreme Lord of
the Nine Hells, Master of Witches, the Ultimate Arbiter of Law, God-Fiend, Prince of
Darkness, The First, The Archfiend Asmodeus, for ownership of the immortal soul of
the Collateral, known in the Common Tongue as Lord Tomas James Belabranta. This
contract will remain in effect until the final death of the Collateral, or until this contract
is voiced, and describes the obligations and responsibilities of both parties. Failure to
meet these obligations will immediately constitute a breach of contract, causing the
relevant penalty clause to take effect and voiding any further claim of the services
described herein.
2. Contract Outline. This contract stipulates terms of service. Services may be requested
by the First Party, as long as this agreement is valid. When the First Party requests a
service, the Second Party shall immediately and without malicious intent, provide the
service to the First Party as specified. After receiving the service specified, the First
Party shall provide payment according to the terms specified. The terms of this contract
are non-negotiable. At any time during the predefined period covered by the contract,
neither Party may request a review of the conditions of the contract, or modify the
conditions stipulated herein. Failure to comply with this non-negotiable agreement shall
result in terminations of the contract and a summons by the Infernal Court for further
punishment.
3. Penalty Clause for the First Party. If the First Party is unable or unwilling to, or
otherwise does not provide payment as specified, the First Party forfeits any remaining
services contained herein. Additionally, the claim to the First Party and Collateral’s
everlasting souls transfers immediately to the Second Party for the predefined period of
eternity, sending the soul immediately to the Second Party for whatever purpose the
Second Party sees fit.
4. Penalty Clause for the Second Party. If the Second Party is unable or unwilling to, or
otherwise does not provide the services as specified to the First Party, this contract is
voided, freeing the First Party of any claims by the Second Party to their person, to their
belongings both material and immaterial, and to their everlasting soul. This does not
include any belongings or souls previously given by the First Party to the Second Party
in payment of services.
5. Terms of Service
a. Final Fate Deferred.
i. Benefit: Immediately upon requesting this service, the Second Party
will press their thumb heavily upon the scales of fate, ordaining that
upon the physical death of the First Party, the immortal soul of the
Collateral shall be claimed in parts in lieu of the First Party’s by any
lawfully eligible device, construct, entity or deity, for the predefined
period of no more than five transactions, after which the soul of the
First Party is available for claim upon death. During the predefined
contractual period, the Collateral is protected from death, natural or
unnatural, by the Second Party.
ii. Payment:
1. All successful endeavours undertaken by the Collateral are
dedicated to the service of the Supreme Lord of the Nine Hells,
Master of Witches, the Ultimate Arbiter of Law, God-Fiend,
Prince of Darkness, The First, The Archfiend Asmodeus, with
or without the participants knowledge or approval, superseding
all other dedications to gods or deities invoked by the
participants.
iii. Security: The infernal mark of the contract shall manifest upon the
mortal form of the First Party as a symbol of the agreement between
the Parties.
b. Infernal Auditor’s Boon.
i. Benefit: Upon requesting this service, an Infernal Auditor shall be
designated to the First Party to record all transaction-able applicable
deaths, and deeds that may consist of, but not limited to, blasphemy,
boasting, craftiness, deceit, defraud, dishonesty, evil concupiscence,
extortion, guile, lying, pride, slander, treachery, usury and wickedness.
The Infernal Auditor may provide personal counsel, arcane or
otherwise, and render any services duly requested, delivered
immediately and without malicious intent to the First Party.
ii. Payment: All successful endeavours undertaken by the First Party are
dedicated to the service of the Supreme Lord of the Nine Hells, Master
of Witches, the Ultimate Arbiter of Law, God-Fiend, Prince of
Darkness, The First, The Archfiend Asmodeus, with or without the
participants knowledge or approval, superseding all other dedications
to gods or deities invoked by the participants.
6. Signed by both Parties and sealed in blood in accordance with Primeval Law:-
