The Merchant undertakes not to tender for transportation any Cargo which is of a
dangerous, explosive, corrosive, noxious, inflammable, radioactive, or damaging
nature whatsoever without issuance of a "Dangerous Goods Note" giving full, complete
and accurate details of the Cargo (with DG and IMO number), with special precautions
to be taken and method of rendering Cargo innocuous. The Carrier reserves the full
right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to carry dangerous cargo tendered for shipment
at any time.

Any incorrect declaration by the Merchant will be subject to levy of an amendment


fee (Cargo Misdescription Fee) set out in the table below, together with
all costs, expenses, and fines whatsoever the Carrier may have sustained.

The Merchant warrants to the Carrier that the particulars and description of cargo
furnished by or on behalf of Merchant are adequate and correct, especially the
cargoes named (Lithium Battery / Power Bank / Power Pack and/or similar description
of Goods) which might jeopardize common safety of navigation and stowage. The Merchant
shall indemnify the Carrier against any and all loss, damage, expenses, fees and
penalties arising or resulting from inaccuracies or inadequacy of such particulars
provided by the Merchant.

The Carrier does not make any guarantee as to the accuracy or correctness of any
information contained in the tentative schedule set forth in this notice, and
the Carrier may amend, revise this schedule from time to time without any prior
notice subject to equipment availability.

This Booking Confirmation is issued at the request and for the convenience of
the Merchant, but is nevertheless subject to the terms and conditions of the
Carrier's standard long term Bill of Lading for this trade which may be viewed
online at (http://www.evergreen-line.com) or a copy obtained from the Carrier or
its agents.

For container stuffing we strongly recommend to distribute on a correct way


cargo weights in order to prevent any possible accident. If there is any over
cost caused to wrong container stuffing these will be under your own
responsibility.

In case cargo needs to be fumigated once it is stuffed inside container, is


completely necessary that exporter and/or authorized PIC removes any warning
sign installed during this process. If this instruction is not accomplished all
charges for container cleaning or sin removal will be under exporters accounts.
Shipping line or agent will not responsible for any over cost caused for this
issue.
According to rule NIMF 15 Res. 1079/04 and Res. 3294/04 from ICA, make sure to
comply with the local sanitary procedures applied to wooden packed used on your
shipment.

All loaded containers, including foreign cargo remaining on board, arriving at a


port of U.S., are required to be sealed with a seal meeting the ISO/PAS 17712
standard for High Security Seal.

BT CHARGES for Dry and Reefer containers are subject to EVERGREEN's tariff
amendment, which has been notified in the quotation.

Instrucciones para corte de BL y documentos soporte de embarque:

El comerciante/ merchant está obligado a cumplir con la presentación de los


documentos de alistamiento para embarque; instrucción de corte de BL, solicitud
de autorización de embarque SAE, planilla de envío manual y/o selectividad,
según corresponda y dentro del día/hora anunciado para cierre documental.
El transportador se reserva el derecho de transferir esta reserva a la siguiente
nave disponible, en caso de incumplimiento de los cierres.

Las instrucciones de embarque para corte de BL, deberán transmitirse a través de


nuestra herramienta Todo en Uno en la web https://www.shipmentlink.com/,
adjuntando el documento de autorización de embarque y selectividad.

Para el procesamiento de su Autorización de Embarque SAE, tenga en cuenta


declarar en los Datos del Transportador, casillas número 74 y 80 los siguientes
datos:

Por favor notar que toda la carga de exportación está sujeta a recargos locales
de exportación como sigue:

Mounting: USD 15 per van


Doc Fee: USD 50 per BL

Estos cargos deberán ser cancelados para obtener la liberación del BL.

Recomendaciones para el retiro del contenedor vacío:

Para el retiro de el contenedor vacío, tenga en cuenta realizar las siguientes


verificaciones:

Antes de realizar el retiro de la unidad, verifique que las características y el


estado del contenedor entregado, correspondan con los requerimientos y
necesidades de su compañía, validando los detalles técnicos de la unidad que se
encuentran descritos en la puerta y placa del contenedor, así como la condición
física del mismo. El transportador terrestre designado por su compañía para el
retiro de la unidad actuará en su representación, firmando el contrato de
comodato y/o reporte de entrega de la unidad a conformidad, en caso su compañía
no designe un funcionario para tal fin.

No exceda la capacidad máxima permitida que detalla la puerta del contenedor


recibido. Así mismo, para las unidades en modalidades Ocean/Door
(Puerto/Puerta), Ocean/Rail (Puerto/Rampa), considere las reglamentaciones
locales vigentes en el destino, relativas a los pesos máximos permitidos
para circulación.
Los contenedores entregados para exportación que no sean utilizados, causarán
recargos por devolución del vacío (Empty Return), a la tarifa vigente que
registre EVERGREEN LINE al momento de la devolución y sin días libres
aplicables.

Verifique los días libres aplicables según su negociación y evite costos por
concepto de demoras en exportación.

Para retiro de contenedores en patios del interior, es necesario presentar


físicamente: 1) El presente Booking Confirmation 2) Copia de la autorización de
retiro emitida por el cliente al transportador terrestre 3) Orden de cargue de
la transportadora original con firma y sello.

EVERGREEN LINE no será responsable por los extra-costos generados por el


incumplimiento de alguna de estas recomendaciones.

Agradecemos tener presente que a partir del 1 de diciembre del 2019, se


realizará la implementación del nuevo recargo IMO SO x Compliance Charge (ISOCC)
en aras al cumplimiento de la regulación IMO 2020. Agradecemos asegurarse que su
registro tarifario, se encuentre debidamente actualizado.
