1. You mentioned allegedly in you Judicial Affidavit that “I came to
know on the mortgaged when we returned here in the Philippines
after my mother showed me a mortgaged contract executed by my
siblings that she accidentally found in our house”, you mean to say
you were not here in the Philippines when the contract was
executed?
2. How long were you not here in the Philippines?
3. But you did not show proof that you are not here in the Philippines,
am I correct?

For Martha So

belong to you?
2. Is the signature in this identification card signature the same as that
